Terms of delivery
Free delivery for the whole of Greece is by courier companies Speedy and ACS.
Delivery time:
2-5 working days, excluding pick-up day, weekends and public holidays. For some remote locations and islands, an extension of 6 working days is possible.
Prior to dispatch of the ordered goods, the Merchant shall have the right to contact the User at the email address provided by the User in order to clarify the details of the order and/or delivery.
The Merchant shall not be liable for non-fulfillment of orders in cases where the User has provided false, incomplete and/or inaccurate personal data, including where the User has provided an incomplete, inaccurate or fictitious address, email or telephone number.
Delivery shall be made within the terms described under each delivery option in the order interface module. In extraordinary circumstances, the Trader reserves the right to extend the delivery period, informing the User in a timely manner.
The consumer is obliged to inspect the goods at the time of delivery and to notify immediately if any discrepancies, shortages or damage are found. If the User fails to do so, the delivery shall be deemed to have been accepted without objection.
When making international deliveries, the rules for delivery and receipt of parcels of the relevant national postal service as well as the relevant national legislation of the country where the recipient of the goods is located shall apply.

- Payment cash on delivery (ACS.)
- Payment by Credit/Debit Cards
The value of the amount shall be declared in the local currency of the recipient country.
The Merchant reserves the right to change the available delivery and payment methods and/or the terms thereof at any time by posting the available delivery and payment methods on the Website without other notice.
